Holiday Update
We’ll be accepting orders during the holidays! Production will resume on January 12, and all orders placed before then will be made after this date. Thank you for your patience and support.
Processing Time
All our orders are custom-made to your specifications, including our handcrafted handles. As such, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Timeline
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Processing: Orders will be prepared and crafted during the processing period of 4-5 weeks. We take pride in ensuring each item meets our quality standards.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over $199. For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee of $12.90 applies. You can opt for express shipping for $17.90 at checkout.
